My Commitment for This Week
Hey Fellow Marchers,
By posting on the board last week that I was going to get to the gym 4 days, I felt a sense of obligation and followed through. This week I'm shooting for 5.
My commitment and focus for this week is going to be water. I live in the desert and it's HOT! I need more water than I'm drinking so I'm going to go for 100 ounces of water a day. This week it's all about the water.
Anyone care to join me in an effort to get all their water in?

Well, Connie, I've been having trouble with both water and exercise. Have been basically coasting for the past few weeks. SOOOOO, as I dearly love a good challenge, I hereby commit to:
1. Drinking 64 fl oz. of water a day
2. Exercising aerobically for 45 minutes, 4 times this week

Hey, I'll join you! Both in the water AND the exercise. I think 3 days at the gym would be about right for me this week. I haven't been doing at all what I should in either area. Business travel, feeling sick again (potassium level was off), BUT I have to overcome these roadblocks more than I am doing. I'm living my same old sedentary life too much, so here I go, finished with that!
My weight loss is normal but I think it would be more rapid if I got there. And, of course, my endurance is terrible, gotta change that!

hello i will committ to 60 oz of water and walk 30 min. 5 days this week. that will be good for me as i have not done either very faithfully. i had surgery 3/24/04 and down 38 1/2. i started at 258. i think that is normal but i also think it is slow for me. i need to boost myself. hope that it works. good luck to us all.
