Calling all end of Marchers
Hi there!
I had my surgery March 30th and as of yesterday I am down 53 pounds.
that is higher than what they expect, at my 6 week check up they told me it was faster that they expect, the post about the percentages was right with what iwas told as well. 20-25% by 3 months!
I was going to the gym when I was on medical leave but went back to work two weeks ago and have been so exhausted with working and the family I haven't been. I have given my self this week off as well since it is the last week of school, but this summer is going to be very BUSY!
I think you are doing great!
KEEP working on the protein and water adn Curves is loads of fun!

Thanks everyone, looks like the range goes from about 34 to 60. That is some difference! I guess everyone is really different.
I just wish I was more consistant in my looseing. I seems like I loose about every 10 days & not a lot. I drink all my water & the 60 grams of protein (shakes) that my doctor recommends. Maybe I'll add another shake at bed time.
Once again thanks for your help.
Ellen
I had my surgery on March 22nd and have lost 63 lbs. I walk about 2 miles every night. I try my hardest to eat mostly protein but allow a carb every now and then. Oh yes...I have hit a few platues here and there. I just keep going.
I am happy with my success. I am now down from a 32 to a 28 and it feels great.
