My WLS moment!!

Just wanted to share a WLS moment I had with y'all - I went grocery shopping, and had just emptied my cart into my car when the cart started heading straight for another car - I ran and caught it and put it in the cart corral. when I went back to my car, my 8 year old said "wow, mom, I didnt know you could run!! And you aren't even wheezing!" I hadn't even thought about it until he said something! -Sherrie

That's phenomenal Sherrie. So glad you shared that with us. Not only is your life getting better, but so is that 8 yr old's life - he has a mom that can really move now!!! mgm -51

This is great! I was reading this and just realized how just 2 days ago I was chasing my twins around the pool and didnt even get winded...hahahaha , I also realized I can sit comfortably at a pic-nic table for the first time in a long time and not have to sit side sadle to be comfortable....What a great Journey we are all on!!!
