So Embarrased - Getting to know us Marchers

I thought I was on the Marchers board, hence the title, and instead I posted it to the main message board! OOPS! I always think these are fun. 1. Favorite Vacation Spot? 2. Mountains or Ocean? 3. When I was a teenager I was riding in the car and had to use the bathroom...we were in the country and there was no bathroom around for miles so we pulled into this dirt road that lead to a culdesac, but it was in a field, it looked as though they were goin to build some houses yet nothing had been started. There was nothing around so I got out and found a spot behind the car. As I was pulling up my shorts these bright headlights turned on behind me!!! There was a big truck that was hidden back beyond the path in the field out of my view but NOT out of theirs!!!!!! So they saw me the whole time! I ran into the car and we took off like a bat out of h3!!. They followed us for like a minute. I guess they thought that was the funniest thing they ever saw!!! Elizabeth M

Favorite Movie/s? GWTW is my most favorite ever. 4. Favorite Book? Texas Destiny--a really good romance by Lorraine Heath...you should read it if you haven't. 5. Favorite Quote? (hee hee) I wouldn't tell this to everyone but I know AMOS' can understand if not relate. I was at school and I sat down to take a pee and the toilet broke off the wall. I was mortified and went home sick. It's funny now but it wasn't then. Well, now that I've lost 100 pounds!!!

(hee hee) Driving back from Ohio (to NJ) many years ago we stopped at a rest stop. I walked into the bathroom and into the stall. As I am sitting there, I heard male voices. I thought maybe it was a unisex bathroom as they were just starting to pop up. I felt funny about it, so I waited till I thought they were gone and then left. As I was walking out, a guy was opening the door to go in. He took a double take at the door, and started to laugh. Well, I looked at the door and saw it was I that was wrong. My girlfriend was hysterically laughing. I guess the woman that was walking out when I walked in was not a woman afterall! I was soooo embarrassed. mgm

Most embarrasing moment? (hee hee) When I was in church I was about 12 had on a dress and was getting confirmed. I was sitting in the front and facing the pews and people could see up my dress. (hee hee) Well my most embarrasing moment happened labor day weekend 2003. My mom had gotten a certificate for one of our local very very very nice hotels. So we all (my mom,me, my nephew and my niece) went and spent the night well they had a pool so my nephew and I went down to go swim. Well while getting in the pool it didn't occur to me how much of a drop there was from the bottom rung on the ladder to the bottom of the pool. So we swam around for an hr or so then we were going to get in the hot tub. Well that is when I realized if I put my foot on the bottom rung of the ladder my knee was at my chin and there was no way I was hauling my ass out. So I helped my nephew out let him hang in the hot tub while I paced the pool trying to figure out how I was going to get out. Finally 3 hrs later my mom comes down and goes we were wondering what you guys were doing. So I told her about my predicamint. Well she spotted someone from housekeeping and told them that her daughter was stuck in the pool. However she neglected to tell them her daughter is 360+ lbs. In the mean time I figured a way to climb and drag myself out of the pool. Just as I got out this little man comes in the pool area and the housekeeper points towards mom and me. He comes over and asks if everything was alright and my mom tells him yes it is now. After he left I told mom Id like to know what he was gonna do if he would have tried to pull me out he would have been in the pool with me. *huggles*

I traveled with our Church Choir and after we sang, we stopped at a pizza place. We were all having a good time, laughing and cutting up. I had to use the bathroom.
