Well today is my 5 month anniversary. I have lost 80 pounds and many many inches. I have gone from a size 30/32 to a 18/20. There are so many things i can do now that i couldnt do before. I wish i would have lost more by now but im not going to get upset with what i have lost. To anyone else that has today as an anniversary Happy Happy day. LaRHonda

My 5th month anniversary was on the 24th. It's becoming more challenging because I could eat a bit more and well that means slower weight loss - but hey it 76lbs for me!!!! Wow, I can't wait till my scale says 80lbs just like you!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!! Edna 255/179/130
