Would like to know what you have been eating lately?
My favorite thing to eat at home is thick sliced BBQ Brisket!! YUM!!! I get it cut thick so that it doesn't dry out.
My favorite thing to eat at a sit down restraurant is Snow Crab legs from Red Lobster. I can only eat about 1/2 pound which is about 2-3 ounces of meat.
My favorite fast food in the Nacho's Supreme from Taco Bell. I order it with no beef and extra beans. Then I mega load a single chip with as much on it as I can. I usually only eating about 5 loaded chips. Yum!! It only costs about 1.50 so I don't feel bad tossing what I don't eat.
I don't eat many carbs so I can't help you with that menu.
Happy thoughts,

Tonight for dinner I had shredded beef that I cooked in the crock pot and sauteed zuchini with tomatoes and cheese.
Lunch was 4 chicken Mc Nuggets and breakfast was an ounce of turkey and an ounce of cheese.
I eat a lot of scallops, salmon and shrimp. I eat fish at least several times a week.
When we go out for dinner, I usually just order a salad or cup of soup and steal food from my boyfriend's plate.
I still manage to avoid bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. I do eat a ton of fruit. I know a bunch of people think that the carb count in fruit is too high, but I'm OK with it.
