Help!!!!! Need Replys
Hi Everyone Fellow Marchers,
Ok today is my 7 month anv. I am down 102 which I know is good, but I haven't moved from this weight in over a month!!!! I was down 105 and I got on the scale today at curves which I should not have done because oh my Gosh!!!! I am up 3 pounds. As of 2 weeks ago I went from 3 to 5 days exercising to try to get my weight moving and increased the water. I even started drinking potein shakes again. I admitt some of my food choices have not been the best, but my gosh I know I am no where near eating 1/2 of what I use to. What is wrong with me? Is this as far as I am going? I hope not. I seriously need your replys. Very upset!!!

You're going to be fine... keep up with the exercise, protein, and water and you'll see that scale move again... Did you or have you been measuring yourself? you could be loosing inches instead of pounds and that's a good thing too... your body needs a little time to recoupe give it a little more time and you'll be fine... also keep in mind that as you work out more your muscle mass will be building and muscle weighs more than fat... don't be so discourged, keep your chin up!!!

I sense you are panicking, so stop, take a deep breath, and look in the mirror and say, "I am doing great and I WILL be losing more soon". I know just where you are coming from, from 5-6 months I hardly lost anything, played with the same 2-3 pounds up and down, then wham the next week lost 8 pounds. Dont loose heart and dont give up, stay focused remember the pouch rules and enjoy this exciting ride to obesity freedom!!!!

You have reached a plateau, but you will be fine. Keep up the water, excersise and protein.... I know, I know, YUCK!!! But it will help. You are doing a great job. 103 pounds gone... That is great. Don't freak out about the 3 pounds. People vary in weight between 3 and 5 pounds...
You will be okay! Good luck and keep up the good work. That is FABULOUS!!!

Do Not Panic. Cut back on your snacking & portions just a little & see what happens, Hang in there, you are not done yet! I have hit the same
plateau when I hit the 100 lbs mark too! If you just started curves you
may be building muscle instead of firming what you have lost. talk to one
of the trainers, you might want to change what kind of exercises you
are doing. That may be the stall & not what you are eating at all.
You will be fine HANG IN THERE!
