I'm so impressed with your amazing weight loss! We started at about the same weight and height and goal, and I still have 20 lbs. to go, but I'm not complaining. Are you still exercising a lot? I'm glad you said that you eat normal food, just less of it, because I still eat sweets but a lot less than I used to. I try to get my protein in, but I don't tolerate meat well. I'd love to give up the protein shakes, but I'm scared to. I can't believe I'm even writing this because on the main message board, I'd be crucified! Many there are super hyper about no carbs, no sugar, all protein. I'm glad to see you're doing so well. You and your husband both look incredible!
