I CAN cook, I just don't do it often--maybe 4 times a year! I am off work this week and bored! So when I do cook, it is a major event, so I reported it!!!

I'm not much for doing my own recipes BUT you've inspired me to get out Susan Maria Leach's book and see if any of the recipes are good. Have you happened to try any of those?
