Reporting In...
Hey all!
I am here to confess my daily sins, here goes:
I did great today!! I woke and drank my 40 grams of protien, I followed that with 36 ounces of water , ate 2 oz. of chicken for lunch and 6 french fries, I again drank 36 oz. of water and had 1/2 a peanut butter sandwich and 2 cups of chicken soup for dinner. I had 2 cheese cubes for snack. It is now after 6 so I will not eat anymore tonight. I am doing my workout after this post- 15 to 20 minutes on the stairs- it gets your heart rate up and is great for toning the legs. I will end this evening with another 16 oz. of water and loving myself for making it through at least one entire day of overall good choices- Good luck to the rest of you!! Dawn

I think that I need to start a food diary. I was reading what you have had today and thinking "wow, have I made some bad food choices and I am not even to lunch yet!" I think I will start writing it out like you did, it seems more real when you write it down.Keep it up you are doing fantastic!!!
