Fit TV
Hi Marchers! 
I don't know if you all have this option. But on my digital cable (on demand) I have an option to choose the Discovery channel and under the discovery channel is a channel called Fit Tv if I select the fit tv category I get aaall these cool exercise programs! There is pilates, cardio, yoga, weights... all kinds of different programs to choose from! Check and see if your cable has this Fit TV its under the discovery channel! Its so awesome. Just what I need to get into my routine at home.
- Connie I know this is tempting for you! Your such an inspiration lately! with all your dancing and such. you know I went out friday and bought myself a hip hop workout dvd that teaches you some hip hop dance moves. Oh man am I so uncoordinated right now! hee hee!
