almost a year...
Its my turn to complain about no weight loss for a month. so far down 110 pounds. at this point i'm just about 11 months out and feel fantastically wonderful. wearing sizes small to med and size 10 dresses & pants. i should complain??? HA! if i don't ever lose anymore I'm thrilled! Healthy! Happy! I'm 5' 7", weighing now 168 for a month. I excersize 4 mornings a week at curves & lift weights at night. I'm eating the "right" way protein, vegi's fruit, very little snacks. keeping my calories in check. drinking the water i should so i'm not too concerned about my little platuo. what has helped me the most with understanding that this is ok is reading what others had posted when they went through their slow down. i'd like to get to my personal goal of weighing in at 150 pounds but know that this is now where the real work begins. BUT hey guys!!! I'm going to the bahamas in may!!!!! My boyfriend won a trip there for 5 days & 4 nights!! I can't wait!! already i've got the suitcase out and started putting things in there that i want to take. no more worry about fitting in the planes seats!!!!!! i think i'll be able totake more clothes this vacation than i've ever taken cause my clothes take up less room then they did before! BUT i am honestly having a bit of a stressful time thinking about wearing a bathing suit...those inner thighs are awful wrinkly. do you think i'll have the guts to go in a suit to the beach instead of wearing shorts??
PAMELA - DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WRINKLES...JUST BE EXCITED ABOUT WHERE YOU HAVE COME FROM. I TOO HAVE PLENTY OF WRINKLES BUT I PLAN ON PUTTING ON THE BATHING SUIT THIS SUMMER TOO. I DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SEE ME AT MY HEAVIEST SO THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW FAR I HAVE COME. YOU WILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!
