Do you mean your profile? Simply click on "UPDATE YOUR PROFILE" above (on tan line), click AMOS patients (if prompted) then enter your password, and then go to LEFT column and click GENERAL INFO (UPDATE YOUR PROFILE HERE) and then in the comments/info box you can enter your updates. I hope that was what you were asking. If I misunderstood please let me know.
