That sounds like gallbladder attacks. Especially eating the greasy food will do it. Call your doc and get an appointment. I've been lucky so far, no problems in that area at all. Definitely call your doc and have it checked out. Toni

Topic: RE: clothing size vs. weight
I am trying to hold at 145. (My doc's office said hold this weight for 3 weeks.) I am 5'8", small frame and I was a pear. Now I am a stick. I bought my first actual new outfit this weekend. Old Navy, pants 6L and sweater-M. I have no butt and no boobs, just these bizarre looking lumps somewhere near my RNY incision. (My belt helps hold them up.) I went from a 38DD to a 36C-although I think I need a B. I just can't get past how very strange my boobs look to me. DH says they are okay, but I am back to wanting it very dark if I am nekkid. It is amazing to think that 8 months ago we would have laughed at someone who told us we would have these "problems". I know that you look fabulous Michelle and will continue to "shape-shift" just give it time. Becky R 254/145/147

Stephanie, I will tell the truth, they've brought Sees candy into my office and I just can't stay out of it. I eat at least peice a day so shoot me, I'm human. It is Christmas and I will not beat myself up for a little indulgence as long as I don't go over board. Like last year and ate 3 or was it 4 lbs of Sees candy to my head? Anyways, lifes too short to not enjoy a little temptation ever once in awhile. Deborah W.

Jeannie, congratulations on your WOW moments. How wonderful for you. I am 5'8 and down to 183 but I'm still wearing a size 14, although I haven't tried a 12 but I don't think it would fit. I'm pretty big boned so I don't think I would ever get into the single digit clothing, but I think it's wonderful that you have. You go girl!! Deborah W. 278/183/170 ?

I have been having tons of problems the last 2 weeks with cravings. Mine is stress related but killing me non the less. I have not managed to overcome the stress eating that has plagued me forever! I have been stuck at 164 for about a month also...my own fault...even went back up a few pounds last week during my period. I never thought I would have to say this again but tomorrow I go right back to basics. Give me strength!! I see people at goal already from march and I am jealous! I know it is my own fault though. If I would have stayed on the exercise wagon and stopped sneaking junk I would be there already too. I have 3 months til my year honeymoon is over and I am going to make the best of it from here on out!!! Hugs, Michelle

Janice, I had to have emergency gallbladder surgery before I had my gastric bypass surgery and the were up high in my chest and down both sides of my abdomen. You feel real sick and I ran a fever but had infection all around my gallbladder and my liver and spleen but all in all I recon everything is fine now. But the afterpain after my gallbladder was more severe than my gastric bypass. But if I were you I would atleast ask my family practioner. But you might want to ask your sourgen also. I still can't eat fried chicken. I,ve tried 3 times and I throw-up everytime. Hamburger meat does the same thing. Pizza is ok but just the toppings unless it's thin crust the reg. crust seems to feel like doesn't want to go down so I just don't bother with it, but can,t eat more than 1 piece. I had my gastric bypass surgery March 01,2005. Pam Ray
