! How are you doing? I think that is great about you getting checked out by a gentleman!

I have some great news for you, I weigh 272.8, I have lost 35.9 pounds and a total of 65.9 pounds in only three weeks!

We went to Orchard beach and we walked the whole boardwalk from beginning to end without my being in pain with my back or shortness of breath! It was such a beautiful day yesterday and today! Thanks!!! My stomach still doesn't seem right, it feels very airy/gassy. I am so afraid to eat, I am listening and eating very light. I am sure this will help in getting off some more lbs. though

I did go walking today and felt pretty good. I go to surgeon 11/15 for check-up I'll let you know how I make out! Lynnd 254/167 145goal

No way. I'd rather not overload my pouch, either making me feel uncomfortable or causing me to throw up. I pretty much play by the rules. The way I see it, statistically, WLS patients gain back as much as half of their excess weight, and the way I see it, it's the ones who try to fudge the rules who are prone to do that. I was sipping with meals until one day when I was eating some nuts. I had filled up on them. I took a couple of sips of water because they made me so thirsty. I got so sick. Now, I'm really careful with it... It is so hard not to drink with a meal.
