AS OF TODAY I WAS 255LBS THAT IS 260 DOWN FROM 515 7 MONTHS AGO. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT N A BIG AND TALL SHOP AGAIN. IN FACT IVE DROPPED SO QUICKLY IM GOING TO ASK MY SURGEON IF WE MAY MOVE UP THE TIMETABLE FOR THE PLASTIC SURGERY, FOR I AM IN THE PROCESS OF STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY CURRENT EMPLOYER PICK UP THE TAB ON THE PAID MEDICAL LEAVE. WISH ME LUCK.

Hi Trisha,
This is what I take:
1 packet of vista vitamins (capsules) can't take both like I should pouch does not like it! So I do half (4 capsules a day).
2 ester c chewables from gnc (so I won't get sick)
2 15cc of tropical oasis calcium citrate with magnesium I think this equals 2000mg. (liquid)
1 squirt a day of liquid vitamin b complex from gnc this equals 1000mg.
1 cc vitamin b 12 shot once a month
The calcium citrate I get from myhealthpro.com, it is in a 16oz bottle at 10.00 a bottle but since it is a wholesale price you have to order 30.00 so 3 bottles. Not bad since it can really be expensive. My Husband and I go through a bottle once a month. He takes half my dose.

Hi all
I have been out of the loop for a while. But I am on the same dang roller coaster for nearly 2 months. Two months ago I was 149 and now I am 145 but during that time I was going back and forth on the same 4 lbs. It stinks because I am so close to goal (20 to go) and I want to get there but it is taking so long. I still can eat very little, just like in the begining but I have slowed down on my water which I know I shouldn't.
On the flip side I was 256 and I am now 145, wearing a 22/24 to a wonderful size 4!!!!!!!!! OMG It's hard to wrap my mind around it.
Let's keep up the good work, it's not over yet!!

hi, i know what you mean.i'm about 7mos out,lost 87lbs.what i did was buy new clothes that fit the new me. and new make-up!!new color and i don't use as much. i'm 50 years old,and i'm learning the new me. i think maybe everything will fill out later. i'm sure you look great,and i'm very happy for your wt lost.

Hey I have a neck too! I am also starting to see like the breast bone or is it muscle about my breast beneath my neck? I used to couldn't see anything like that. Adam squeezed my butt the other day and said he felt a bone there too! He thinks I'm nuts when I go around saying Wow, feel this! U can actually feel a bone! Congrats!!!

Wish I could say I've had my "Wow" moment - unfortunately, mine is going the opposite direction! I am 49, 7 mos out, lost 94 lbs. I guess since I see myself every day, I don't really feel like I look like a different person - when I veiw before and after photos here it's hard to believe it's the same person sometimes. Apparently with my thinning hair, lines in face more prominent, and the loose skin under my neck, people think I am older than I am and ask me if I qualify for the 55 yr senior citizen discount! It's very discouraging after all this to know that I now look older than I really am!
Would love to have plastic surgery but don't think I could ever selfpay - credit's not good enough to take out a loan and can't see me ever saving $10,000 or more!
Any suggestions or thoughts on how I can improve on my "premature aging" process?

Ditto!!!!!!! I'm loving it! Of course, the one who flirts the most is my dear husband. I know he didn't mean ill when he told me it was easier to hug me without the big belly between us. He even enjoyed me modeling some lacy show everything teddies and panties!
