The only thing you can do is use a product that makes the hair seem thicker. I have short curly hair and I found that AG re-coil works for me. I also found that not washing it every other day rather then every day helps I always seem to get more fullness on the second day. I don't think the nioxin is worth it since the hairloss is a normal result of the weight loss and will come back on it's own, just look for a product that will make the hair fuller. I also think blowdrying helps. Good Luck and don't worry we are all in the same boat. My hair has always been my life but what's a few strands in comparison to what I have gained or lost for that matter.

HUNNY--- Jsut let me tell you
I have been fighting this same fight since the middle of September. I have lost a total of 115 pounds but since then I have been yo-yoing up and down on them. I want this dam plateau to be over with for Christ sakes.
Seems like no matter what I do nothing works. It is so depressing but I am not gonna give up hope.

your body can't absorb more than 400mg of calcium in one dose. The recommendation I was given was to take the 400mg of calcium 3 to 4 times a day. I usually just take one in the morning, one at lunch, and one at dinner. I take the chocolate bariatric advantage ones. They are pretty good.

I decided I wasn't being very good about what I had been eating and decided to do Weigh****chers just to make sure I wasn't eating over the calories on there. The first week I did that I never actually got up to all the points they say I should be eating, but I managed a 4lb weight loss that week when all the previous weeks had only been 1lb or so. Of course I fell off the wagon this last week and only lost 1lb again. So I do think journaling is a good idea. It makes you think twice about eating certain foods.

Okay, I am pretty bad. I don't go to the gym at all. The problem was that I had two jobs and was working myself to death. I still have two jobs but the second one is only on the weekends and its a very physical job. I am lifting 50lbs consistently all day (so its basically a workout). But now that my nights are off again, I'm gonna start back up at the gym. I must of been getting enough walking in anyways because I've still managed to lose 115lbs and its come off pretty consistently for the last 7 months.

pretty much the only thing I did was blow dry it a little bit poofy. Made it look fuller than it was. sorry, wish I could be more help.
