Isnt it just an awesome feeling!! I still want to put that 2 in there when I tell someone my weight!! I just told someone the other day that I weighed 288!! lol!! They said ..wow...what did you weigh when you started!! lol!!! Guess some of these habits are hard to break!!! You will hit the century club in no time!! I still have 18 to hit century club and cant wait!! Way to go!!! Patti

I am a lot older then most of you and I m sure not looking for another man. Mine is a real keeper BUT I have noticed that men are starting to start conversations with me. I used to be ignored. Funny thing is I did not notice that I was ignored but have noticed now because of the attention I get. (they are the ones old enough to be your father or grandfather)

Donna, I am stuck too- I go back and forth 4-5 pounds then I will loose 1 and start the cycle again- very frustrating. Terri

I have been a slower loser so I am exercising a lot to try and keep the numbers descending. I walk every day 1-2 miles (try for more) water aerobics 3X a week and weight training/circuit training 3 days a week. I still don't love it, but I just keep doing it. I have heard yoga is great. Alison

Faith, I don't exercise enough. I tend to walk quite a bit on the weekends, about 2.5 miles Sat and 2.5 miles Sun. I was using my rowing machine (which I love) but I haven't used it in over 2 months. I started a contest with a co-worker this past weekend. We have to exercise for 5 hours per week or the other one pays $3. Hoping it will be an incentive. corgimom

Donna - I was also in a stall for about a week. It just broke over the weekend, so hang in there. I think exercise is the key - even though I don't take my own advice and exercise enough. take care, corgimom

ok, i am pissed off as well started at 260 and am now 224. it has been over 6 months.. I just started to excercise since sept.. I feel like a wls failure sometimes.

yes I do it... elipitical 45 mins and full body on nautilus every other day. plus water aerobics. I am a very slow loser and I am trying to get this weight off....
