Been the same weight for a week now. I hate when that happens. I am sure that one day I will wake up and the scales will be going down but sure wi**** would hurry up.

Yes, it is truly amazing the compliments from those who don't see us regularly. My son is in the Navy, he saw me for the first time last week in about 4 mos. He asked me, where was the rest of me? LOL!! He stared at me for a few days with amazement. Keep up the good work and enjoy the journey!!!

You look fabulous Amy!!!! It feels so good to be in smaller sizes now!! I just got pants size 12. I was never, ever in that size.Keep up the great work!! I haven't exercised at all this week due to being sick. I am going to start back up today, can't wait!!

Doesn't it feel wonderful!!! My husband calls me his trophy wife (TW) for short. All the compliments are wonderful, a real morale booster. I too can't see the weight loss yet, still feel fat. In a digital camera picture last Saturday I did see the weight loss for the first time. How amazed I was, but when I look at myself in the mirror I still don't see it,weird huh! Enjoy the journey ahead if you!!!

Good luck with your upcoming surgery and hope everything goes well.I think about this when I haven't gone to bathroom in 2day Because I had hernia surgery 3months out of wls and hate strenghing to go.So I try to go every day.
