Jessica, Thats about the way my weight goes!! Actually I will drop 2 lbs and then bounce those 2 lbs around for a week or so..then it will get steady and usually thats how I can tell when I am gonna lose again,,when it steadys out..then I will drop 2 more and bounce those two again...and so on!! Crazy thing I tell ya!! Thats ok..I will take the 2 down!! As long as its not up!!! Weve come a long way!! Keep up the good work!!! We are looking alot better than we did 7 months ago!! Patti

I am so grateful to see your post. I am 6.5 months post op and have only lost about 35 pounds. I have stalled right where you are at too. Its nice to hear that others are having the same difficulties. I feel like such a failure and quesiton why did I even bother with this. Then I tell myself, at least I'm not gaining 10 pounds at a time!

Angela, It is so funny that you said that about your husband. Mine keeps telling me and everyone else he feels like he is cheating on his wife...lol. Says he is so amazed at all the bones he feels when he puts his arm around me at night. Acually misses the cushioning a little, so I fixed it snd put a pillow there! I really don't see it much in myself either, even when I look in the mirror or my reflection but I do feel like a new person and I guess that is what it's all about. Congratulations and be proud of yourself you look wonderful! Jean

This afternoon my friend and her hubby came over and I hadn't seen him in forever. He came in and was like, WOW, who are u and where did Angela go? I know he knew me and he was just teasing but it still made me feel good. I have lost 107 pounds and wish I could see it more. I know as time goes on I will see it more and more....My hubby also told me this afternoon while he was feeling "loveable" that I was getting a nice, round booty (those weren't his words, lol, but I figured it would be TMI if I repeated what he said) I assumed this was a compliment too. My hubby has said since surgery though that its like being in bed with a different woman every week, lol. I am so happy I had surgery! I can't wait to see what other blessings the future holds! I am down 90 so that makes the grand total 2169. Thst is over a TON. I went to a wedding Saturday and there were 4 of us that had the surgery there. Between all of us we lost over 500 lbs. That is a quarter of a ton. When the photographer found that out he had to have a picture of us all together. Last year we would have been the size of 3 more people. Woo Hoo for us all.
