i'm am just bouncing--as of my weigh-in this morning i'm down 101 lbs.!!! just had to share, i'm so excited! i ordered a new outfit to celebrate, i can't wait for it to get here!!!

I just cannot believe how many people posted and how much we have lost since March!! It made me cry with joy to think of all of us doing this!!

Well, not so much stalls (in the sense that others have gone weeks or months), but I had slowed down, in the past month, to about a lb a week or so. I eat between 800 and 1200 cals a day (72-80 g of protein), I get in all my fluid, and I try to get in about 20 minutes of exercise a day, 6 days a week (3 aerobic, 3 weight training). I'm not as consistant with the exercise as I'd like to be, but I'm working on it.

Well, Im the slow looser with 70 so that makes our total 1402 lbs!!
