I know just what you mean. It feels good to wear pants that you couldn't wear before. I had been saving a pair of jeans that for a couple of weeks from the last time I lost weight. (I only got to wear them two weeks because that was when I started gaining again). So, I have really been looking forward to wearing them. When I finally decided that maybe I would fit in them, it turned out they were too big. I still have trouble believing that!

I know this is not really a big deal, well it is too me and I am so happy, I just wanted to share. My rear and legs have always been the bigger part of me. For the past couple of months my top part has been wearing 16's and some 14's or a large to 1x shirt, large lately. My waist has been a 20 comfortably and a 18 in the past couple of weeks, but the 18 was a squeeze. Well, today I just thought for the fun of it I would try on a pair of jeans that I have been saving until I can wear them, a month ago I couldn't even get them up my legs. They are a size 16. Well, today I got a shock, not only did they go up my legs they fit around my waist. The legs of them are real loose and they are still to tight to button around my waist but it won't be long. I seem to have skipped the 18's because I tried a pair of 18's on after that and they are pretty loose. I am just so happy! I had surgery in March, was wearing a 28 and since then have lost 103 pounds and have gone down to where I am now on sizes, gotta say the 18 cause the 16's wouldn't button, but hey, I was just happy to get them up there! I have been saving them forever and every now and then I would try them on without even being able to pull them up over my calves and today I got them all the way up to my waist and they are way loose on the legs! It doesn't take much to please me, lol! I am just so happy! Sorry to bother u all, but it really was a big WOW moment for me and I wanted to share!
Love ya

Another thing I've "read" is that increased work-out/exercise can stall the weight loss by building muscle as fat is being lost ... keeping weight loss happening. For me, I've added strength therapy (back, legs and hips are weakened), three days a week of water aerobics, two days a week of a self-paced exercise class, and walking 4 times a week. (Wayyyyyy more than I've been able to do in years!)
My body continues to change, even though my weight loss has been stalled out, so I'm hoping that it's just switching muscle tone for fat that's been keeping me stalled on weight loss.
