See that you are doing well except for that hernia
.I had my hernia 3months after my surgery.Believe me it hurt like hell
.Make a long story short,had stomach pain my off and on for 2month before didn't paid it any mind.A week before going back to work it got worse vomiting
all over the place.Went to the ER find out I had 2 hernias and had hernia repair the next day.Felt
so much better after sugery like a million bucks.Hope everything go well with you.

Topic: 6 month check up - Hernia
I had my six month check up yesterday and doc says I am doing well. Iron situation is resolving itself but now I have a hernia and it needs to be repaired....anybody else have this?

Topic: POPING IN TO SAY HI!!!!!!
Well, I have not even been lurking lately.. been super busy with work and trying to get approval from BCBS of Il. for hubby . Things not going well..... but thankfully.. I have lost a total of 117 pds, 81 since surgery..... YIP EEEEEE!!!!..... But I am afraid if hubby does not get the surgery too, it will all be very disappointing and bittersweet. It doesnt matter how much energy and stamina I have, I will need to keep pace with him. Its almost to the point that I no longer talk about the weight I have lost. He remains supportive, but it is VERY FRUSTRATING dealing with these insurance CROOKS>>>>> Anyway, CONGRATES to all the March losers..... 228# ... 29 pds to onderland... Hope to get there by CHRISTMAS!!!!

That is so funny! I have been thinking the exact same thing lately. I just keep staring at my knee and can't believe how I now have a kneecap.
