Does anyone have that link to this sight that shows what you should lose from surgery. It is the one where you type in your BMI and then 75% (or whatever) and it shows you what you should lose?

Congratulations Julia, my surgery twin. That's a good milestone. I'm not far from it but still flirting with that century club mark. Then I stop to think when was the last time that I was under 190 for 6 months. I can't count that high.

Julia, you have done such a great job. Isn't it funny that being "over weight" could feel so good. I have arrived in the over weight catagory too.

thanks...i hope so...but then i've been at the same weight since thanksgiving really....playing with the same 3 lbs....drives me nuts....
