Kathleen that is wonderful and I know you had fun. When we lived in Poway, CA we used to spend the weekend or go midweek to Disneyland which was only an hour drive away. We had an in state membership which we bought yearly and used it all year...very inexpensive.
I never could ride the rides but would love to now! (Well, I don't know if my 57 yr old mind could take them). Too dizzy! But it would be fun to try with our 14yr old daughter.
When we move to Colorado we will be visiting our friends in Poway again and maybe take daughter to Disneyland again.
Glad you enjoyed it and lost the pounds and had fun with your Grandaughter!
Yoru friend,

Yes, I think so too
I am trying to find a way to get more calories as I cannot tolerate eating very much...it always feels as though I have a brick in my chest and diaphragm when I do
I have started this week drinking milkshakes made with sugar free/fat free frozen yogurt with an egg in it once a day and drinking a protein shake once a day as well. I'm hoping this will stall me for a bit.
I just wish we had a dietician or something on here for all of us to get advice from (I'm sure I am not the only one) who have no insurance to see our doc...it would be very beneficial
Thanks for your advice! I really appreciate it
Suzanne

Kathleen,
I'm glad you had such a great time. I've been wondering where you've been. I missed you.
I would love to do an amusement park now that Brenda and I are both skinny again, but she loves roller coasters and I don't, I love water rides and she doesn't. I think it would really be fun now tho.
Have a nice weekend and keep in touch.

Suzanne, I think at that height you may have lost enough. Have you tried eating more often to get in more calories--good choices of course? More calories in protein. Anyone else have ideas? I am with you Suzanne, I would never think I would be underweight!! Julia

I am 5'9" ... my BMI is ok but I can't seem to quit losing...another 10-lbs or so and I will be underweight! Never in a million years would have thought that possible, lol! I have a big bone structure too, always have. My hands/wrists and feet/ankles look like bones and you can count my ribs, lol!
I can't go see my surgeon since my 6-month check due to no insurance so I am not sure what he would say about it all...I had to change jobs and insurance at the new jobs insurance plan is thru the roof! I am probably just worring too much...but if I ever want the body lift surgery it may cause I problem as I will lose more weight from that...?
