I do at least one if not two protein drinks a day. Usually it is chocolate Unjury with light soy milk. I might could get my protein in without it but I like that late night snack of protein. My physcian/surgeon doesn't care how you get the protein in, just that you do. Julia

every surgeon is different...mine didn't want us to use protein shakes at all, wanted us to get our protein from real food....but i do a protein bar a day....at least one sometimes more....they are just so handy.... Ruth Ann

I have a scoop in my hot ****o most nights. Each doc is different because mine doesn't want me to have them anymore, but I still do one a day most days. I am vain and I love my full head of hair! Have a good one. Jenni

I have my shake every morning, but the dietician said that I should cut back on the protein. I do i scoop whey protein, carnation instant breakfast O sugar added and 8 oz. skim milk. The rest I get from food. Jeanne

Is that 4777 the total cost? With hospital, too? If it is, I am moving! I have no idea how much mine is going to cost, but I know the arms are going to be about 8 alone. Good luck with it. Sue

I called & looked on tricare site they have my paper work for the tummy tuck & it is pending can not wait to see it say approve if not I will save up for it I was quoated 4777. for the whole thing , except for the pain meds after so not bad at all say a big prayer it goes thru
