You're right I think our bodies decide when to stop... 100 lbs is amazing!!!!!!!!! you have had a great success!!!!!!!!!you look wonderful!!!!!!!!! I still get on the scale every day... scared to death.... ... I think I will always have a mind thing about being fat....I still have lot of skin on my legs and arms and NO boobs...LOL I need to get to where you are with my head..... Go skinny girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did you mention the amount of protein you intake to your surgeon because now they are getting concerned about the kidney's and all that protein....just ask the nutritionist what they think. ANDI
