MEEEEEE toooooo I wore anything that would "cover" and "hide".... now I like showing off my figure... I tried a pair of low rise jeans on the other day and just giggled.... (My daughter and I picked them out from a thrift store about 5mth ago for $3.00) and I said some day I might fit with out my big tummy hanging over...and they do...LOL my husband says I dress like the "ghost whisperer"... hey I could be her mom, but that's OK with me. Now I have to figure out what to ware to my husbands Christmas party.

LOL, (I have been married 5 years) before I met my husband I had a very cute but very small apartment....then we lived in a nice sized town home, THEN 2 years ago we got this giant house....Its out of control and I miss my tiny cute apartment...LOL but we are moving next May and building a home. (did I mention I not only don't like cleaning .and .. I'm really not very good at it)...LOL LOL.... I am the laid back Florida beach girl and my husband is the"we have to look and be a certain way guy"...LOL OK so how did we get together... well when I met him he was working from his town home on the beach in flip flops.... and yes this surgery knocked me for a loop....and No! jelly belly know.... NO butt or boobs either...LOL LOL

Big time on that one.. I wear low rise jeans, tight shirts and matching shoes. before I lost weight I would buy 5 of the same kind so pants and an assortment of the same tpye of shirts and shoes.. they were always the same pair. Now I get up and have to look through my clothes.. i will sometimes change a few times to get the outfit I want.. it's truely sad what a clothes hound I have turned into.. I get crazy with the matching thing.. even down to the socks and shoes.. I now own over 20 pair. I was lucky to have one good pair and my run around shoes before..lol I love shopping and I love clothes and the new styles.. My 16 year old actually want to borrow my cloths all the time.. now how sad is that.. Good question.. Carla

Have you changed the style of clothes that you wear now that you are thinner? I used to ALWAYS wear baggy clothes, that I felt comfortable in. Now I prefer closer fitting clothes, I only wear baggy clothes when I'm at home and want to relax and let it all hang out. I'm still not sure what suits me though. I've spent a life time wearing clothes that I could find to fit, so to have a choice now is overwhelming. I do not have a clue where to start! I LOVE wearing jeans now - before wls I never wore them. I always had tops that came to the tops of my legs and not end at my waist or just below it. I still need to be more adventurous, but I'm getting there slowly. Have you changed?

It must really have taken it out of you. Glad you have a yummy tummy not a jelly belly now though Well, if you will have a big house (hee hee only kidding)...now I know why I have a small house - MUCH easier to keep under control (not that I do a very good job though!) Housework can wait - it will still be there when you are feeling better - it's very patient No point in tiring yourself out when it is still going to be there later. Take care of yourself

Tummy is as flat as its ever been... my drains came out Monday, so I am in a binder from my upper chest to the tops of my knees 24/7 except for my shower. I still have pain and swelling. I get tired and dizzy pretty easily, but you know with my two guys NO housework gets done. We have a maid service every other week, but have a very big house that looks like a hurricane has come though it...LOL
