Boy have I ever missed all you girls! I have not been on the sight for months and WOW! I was SO glad to see all the familiar names. I have not hit the century club yet - LUCKY RUTH!!! I am stuck at around 90 lbs BUT - it is my fault!
I do not exercise - and am getting back into the snacking mode!!!! ANybody else having this problem????? Not necessary bad snacks but just too many of them!!!!
I have been reading about the 5 day plan and have wanted to do it BUT - cannot get motivated. Anyone have a prod???

CONGRATS! I am SOOO happy for you! I have been stuck at the 90 lb mark for months but I know whose fault it is!

I couldn't have done it without you all and all the love and support I've got from the friendships on this board. I would have given up months ago.
You've put up with my moaning and groaning and frustrations, and given constant encouragement, as well as sharing in the highs with me.
I hope that for all of us, being thinner brings all that we dreamed it would.

Hey Heather! I'm going to be starting the (5) day plan again this week I just need to go get myself some serious protein drinks. I find the Syntrax ones keep me fuller longer and the AchievOne runs through me like it had track shoes on, probably tmi but it's out there now! You tell me when you want to start and I'll be y our buddy if that works for you. Hugs, ANDI

Last week: 165.5
This week: 165.5
Although I did start (again) the 5 day plan yesterday so we will see what happens.
