Time to celebrate 7 months

How's everyone doing?

I am down #97 pounds.  I will have hernia repair in late January.  I feel great and full of energy.  It is a new world.  Holiday challenges, but...it is a new day and a new life.  Blessings to all....

I am doing great now that the post op "glitch" seems to be resolved...OY VEY! 

Still losing ...just a bit slower but heading in the RIGHT DIRECTION and lab work is GREAT
