Where do you get 'em? Do I need to email someone or what? I want to post one on my profile. Thanks!

This is a members web site. I just copied it and put my name on it. http://swords.cc/ohcc/oh_card.html

Thank you so much!!! I'm not counting 100 lbs since surgery, but 100 pounds total. It was just as hard, if not harder, to lose that weight prior to surgery, so that most definitely counts!!!

I agree. I also count the 17 lbs I lost before surgery. I think you definitely should. Each pound lost was a by far much slower and harder before surgery. I've seen posts about this and I most count weight lost since first consult. Heidi

Congrats!!! I hit that today as well!!! I was at a major stall, and a friend of mine that had surgery 3 years ago said to up my protein and not worry so much about my calories and I did and lost 3 pounds 2 days later and another 3 pounds this morning!! WoooHoooooooo I'm back on track!! Feels good to eat/drink more and start losing weight! Down 101 pounds since surgery! Cathy
