Highest: 312 Surgery: 295 Today: 188 Total lost: 124 Since surgery: 107 Since last week: -5 I lost a five lbs this week. I've over the TOM so that is why. Now I will most likely spend the rest of the month trying to hold on to this loss. Happy Monday. Heidi

I did it....I lost 101 pounds whoooo hoooo Its the start of the TOM so I am surprised.. DOS 271 TODAY 169.8 total loss since surgery....101 pounds....I want that card thingy....anyone know how i get it

Congratulations on the 100.4 lbs loss since surgery! Though I would say you were a centurion with the "total loss" of 164. I count it all since the weight loss before surgery was much slower and arduous. Best wishes for your "SigOt's" surgery tomorrow. Heidi

172# today! About 2 pounds down from last week. highest 300 surgery 295 128 pounds total loss! I love spring!! It's made a difference in my attitude and activity level!

Highest: 290 Surgery: 265 Last week: 197 This week: 194 Total Loss: 96 pounds Since Surgery: 71 pounds I stayed the same again. Seems to be a pattern for me. I stay the same then lose 2 - 5 pounds. I did take my measurements- I've lost another 8.5 inches off of my body since January 29. I also put my wedding dress on over the weekend. OMG- It's been 20 years, in May, since I've been able to get that dress on! I'm now wearing 14's, but don't have many of them so all of my clothes are too big! It's an awesome problem!

the scale at home won't work anymore, maybe I broke it. I'm trying to take it as a blessing so that I don't have to weigh myself a fw times a day. I'm resisting the urge to go out and buy a new one.
