I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!

I FINALLY WENT THROUGH MY CLOSET AND PARTED WITH MY ALL MY PLUS-SIZE WINTER CLOTHING. I GAVE 6 HUGE TRASH BAGS OF NEW FAIRLY NEW CLOTHES TO THE GOODWILL YESTERDAY!!!!! My closet is a little bare, anxiously awaiting a new wardrobe soon!!! Jacque

Wow, you're a brave woman! I think I'm going to have to prove to myself I won't fit into my old winter close before I give them away. The concept of being thin (-ner) is still so surreal to me! Angelina

Congratulations!!!! It has been SO hard for me this Spring/Summer not to throw out clothes I can't currently fit into. I have piles of clothes my hubby and I have "grown" out of. I just keep telling myself, soon enough they will fit, and soon after, they will be too big! I'm just trying to save a few things in smaller sizes so I don't have to re-invent the wheel every time I drop a size! But I am SO ready to become a LOSER! Leland Lap RNY 08/04/04

Hi Jacque, We ahve a lot in common. We are both having surgery on 08/16/04. Both have been dealing with it since February. But most important WE ARE BOTH SCRAPBOOKERS!!! I am planning on doing a small book of my journey through this WLS. I have started having some pictures taken and am making plans for some interesting pages such as a shirt that I love that does not fit and then showing me wearing it where it does fit and then showing it on me way to big!!!
