Surgery Set for Aug. 12, 2004 in Louisville, KY

Hello all: I'm set for surgery on August 12. I'm so excited. I can hardly wait to be able to do all the things I used to do before and even after I started gaining all this excess weight. I'm so glad I found this site. It truely has been a God send. Ellen
