Quaker Rice Cakes (not the best choice but I eat them from time to time)

SF Fudgsicles
Grilled Chicken sandwhich w/out bread from any fast food restaurant (tons of protein and good for a quick meal)
Fresh Fruit (apples, grapes etc.)
Low Carb Yogurt

I love those pre-packaged snack crackers and 100-calorie packets.
Also, you cannot go wrong with old-fashioned fruit like bananas, apples and grapes. Here's a trick...try freezing the grapes. My kids love them! They are just a sweet and take longer to eat because they're frozen...so you won't scarf through twice as many as you should have.
Keep drinking too....staying hydrated will help curb the snack attacks.
