WEEK 3 TO GOAL!! HOWDY Y'ALL !!!!

GOOD FOR YOU. Of course I can't remember what my goal for May was, but I think it was to get under 190... I've been holding steady between 187 & 189 so I think I'm there. I know I wanted to exercise more, but man oh man.....LIFE really got in the way this month. I'm looking into my goals for June now... I'm gonna put out a new June exercise challenge as it seems the post is dwindling. Hopefully, everyone will get motivated again. As you know, discipline & consistency is key & we've all been slipping somewhat. I'll post a new message on that.
I have felt the urge to eat more often, but I've been stopping myself & asking if I'm really hungry. Usually, I grab a drink instead & that keeps me on track. It does seem when I do walk at least 3 miles in the morning I am more hungry throughout the day. I just got some more cheese to munch on. Gotta get some more protein drinks. I told them at the OH conference that they need to come out with a cook book. I think they're looking into that for next year.
Well, gotta post the exercise post for the weekend & today.... Sooooo glad to see you back.... Hey even if you don't exercise...PLEASE post. Love to hear from you.

Hey Donna,
I've been doing really well this past week. I lost 3 pounds since Sunday, 5/14. This past week I weighed in at 202 at Dr. office on Monday. That was -18 pounds from 3 months ago and he was really thrilled for me. So I have 4 pounds to goal of 198 by 5/28.
I still haven't started a croche project, so I find I have munchy syndrome going on in the evenings when I would do better if I were crocheting. I need to get to the store and buy some yarn soon. My problem is I am saving to buy a house and I won't allow myself to spend anything right now. I am really being tough on myself and my sis about spending anything extra these days. Now I just need to be as tough in the weight area and excerise area as well.
I am extremely happy with this months weight loss so far. I do believe I will be at or very close to goal on 5/28. Talk to you all very soon.
