Tammy

Hey Tam!
I haven't walked in over two stinkin weeks! BUT.... I did wear my walking shoes today!
I am walking to my tanning appt. It's about a mile so it's at least something.
I have been waivering between 165-170 this week. Upped my water and my protein so I am hoping that helps! We shall see. It's a little unnerving. I don't want to ever see the 170s again!
Anyhoo... it's time for lunch so off I go!
Take care sweetie,
Lori

Hi Tammy,
I took a look at your pictures for the first time and I have to say you look so much younger now. You look 20 years younger and very happy. I mean, what I say in a good way. I hope I'm not being rude but it's funny how the body can stretch out and shrink back in. Looking at your pictures make me want to put my pictures on my profile page. Well no exercise today just the 4,357 steps I took today at work. I go weigh in tomorrow at doc's office, wish me good luck. This morning weight 188.5 again of 2.5 pounds and I hate that. Hopefully I will loose 2.5 are 3 by morning. Guess what School starts monday here in Fort Worth Texas and I will be taking off work to take Rolen to school. His first day of public school, kindergarden, and he will be going all day from 8:00 to 3:00pm. I hope I don't cry and if I do I want let him see me cry. Well I talk to much some times, but I'll say it again you look fabulous.
Take Care
Carolyn/Jc C. 284/186/188.5/ want to be 150 or 160-ish.....
Carolyn,
First of all...thank you so much. I take no offense to what you said. I believe I do look years younger. Secondly, please post your pictures. I think it's such a great benefit, not only for yourself to see the wonderful changes, but for everyone else who may come across your profile that is thinking of having this surgery. I, personally, love seeing the changes in everybody. It's just amazing. Would also love to put a face to my friend, Carolyn.
Lastly......but most importantly....awwwwww, this is such a big step for Rolan. Having gone through this with my 3, I think it's a BIGGER step for Mom. I did so well when I left them in their classroom, but let me tell you, the waterfalls fell pretty good when I got to my car. He's going to do so great. This is the start of a whole new life for both of you. Take lots of pictures. i have a video of them telling me about their first day of school. Its so darn cute. I cried last year when I dropped the twins off at middle school, I'm sure I'll do the same this year cuz my youngest starts middle school & next year the twins are off to High School... UUUUUGGHHHHHHH.... time sure does fly.
Take Care & let us know how it goes.
Tammy
