It's been a whole year already!!

Hey family yesterday was my re-birthday. I was totally excited about my surgiversary and I had been looking forward to this all week. I went in for my one year follow up and here are the results: Highest Weight = 405 BMI = 67.3 Super Morbidly Obese Current Weight = 230.2 BMI = 38.2 Obese (never been happier to type that in all my life) In the past year I have lost 174.8 pounds and over 60% of my excess body weight. My surgeons goal was 50% within this year....well I was able to meet and beat that goal . All of my labs came back perfect except for my iron levels so I have to take an iron supplement but I am not mad about that at all . This past year has been a remarkable journey that I could have never made alone. I am so thankful for my support team on and off this board.
