Onederland...

WooooooHooooooo! I have made it to onederland, finally! I now weigh 198lbs.!!!! I am so excited and thankful for this tool we have! I just had to share. And it was my 8 month anniversary on Sunday! I am down 148lbs in 8months and healthy as a horse. I just had all my bloodwork come back and it is just fine. Can life be any better than this!!!!! I thank god and my OH family everyday for this surgery. Thank you all for supporting me through all this! ShannaG 8/15/05 344/198/Healthy!

WOW Shanna! You are doing AWESOME!! I really don't think life can be any better! We are all getting healthier by the day! And it's a wonderful feeling knowing that we will NEVER be that unhealthy again as long as we use our tool and stick to our guns! Congrats to you!!!! Lori
