Hi everyone! I haven't posted in awhile. I'm kinda frustrated. I did finally lose 2 lbs this week.
Started at 389
Day of surgery: 329
Feb 3: 262
Loss before surgery 60
Loss after surgery 67
Total 127
I feel like I should have lost more than 67 since surgery. I don't exercise a lot and I am OLD so that could be part of it. but I just keep plugging along!

When I've been at gatherings, people have whispered to me: "You look great!" No one says it out loud when there are others around though. It is very odd.
(I just discovered this board--mainly lurk but have posted occasionally on the main board.)

Hello everyone! I had my six month check-up today. Everything looks good and my nutritionist is very pleased with my results and health status. I don't have to go back again for six months! She took my picture today and we compared it with my "before" picture. OMG what a difference!! I almost don't recognize myself in that dreadful "before" picture!
All is good six months out!
I hope all of your six monthiversaries are as wonderful as mine has been!!
Also, today is my husband's EIGHT monthiversary for quitting smoking! WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! WAY TO GO, HONEY!!
My TEN monthiversary for quitting smoking is the day after tomorrow. Almost a year under my belt!! Don't miss it a bit!!

I didn't lose any weight this week, but I've had severe constipation. I'm hoping that once I get past this, I'll show a bit of a loss, at least!
