Oh my! I've hit a stall too. It seems like I cannot get the scale to move. I've been fighting with the same three pounds for the last three weeks! I did have my period, and I have been constipated this last week, but I also have been working out like crazy (5 hours of cardio a week, two hours of personal training and three 90-minute bikram yoga sessions). I can't seem to win! I had a goal of 172lbs (my 100lb mark) by Valentine's Day, but now that doesn't seem possible. Do you think I can lose 13lbs in 4 weeks five months after surgery? I think I'll try the water and pure protein thing. I've been eating fruits and veggies every day to help with the constipation, but that isn't working. My body is a mess right now!

Hi everyone! Its been a crappy losing week. Today is my birthday and I gained 2 lbs for it. LOL Gotta love presents that are hard to return. I hope everyones week was better than mine!
