Topic: RE: I think I hit a plateau.
Hi Lucy!
I've hit several plateaus during my journey. Don't let it discourage you. It's your body saying, "heyyyy wait just a doggone minute! You're treating me differently and I'm dwindling!" LOL! It's just taking a breather and you'll be back to losing in no time.
Just hang in there and don't worry too much about it. Before long you'll step on the scale and see a loss again.
To Brandi and Lucy--WELCOME!! We're glad you found and joined us! It's sooooo good to see people being successful, but it's also great to see people going through some of the same things as each of us personally are going through. It gives support to all of us, and with the major changes our bodies have just gone through, we need all the support we can get. We have a GREAT bunch of people here, you already fit right in!
WELCOME!! IT'S GREAT TO MEET YOU!!
God bless!!

Hi Becca!
Where on the internet might I find the RTD juice and the Stacker protein water? I live in a small Wyoming town and we don't have much available to buy here so I have to get my protein drinks from my Weight Management Clinic in Montana or buy them off the internet. The ones I've purchased off the internet have all been trial and error with more error in the end LOL. I would like to try the ones you've mentioned. Any help in finding them would be great, tytyty!

I can't wait til my hair loss starts slowing. This is nuts!!

Oh! Juice?! Is it good? I haven't ever heard of protein juice!!
I drink my protein powder in decaff coffee. Tastes best that way. In a pinch I mix it into water, but it's not really good that way.
Topic: RE: My check-up is on the 17th...
Thanks.
I agree with you...thanks for encouraging me.
I do feel so good...and this is the first Christmas that I've not gained weight and lost instead. How cool is that?

I totally agree with everything you've said. I'm just so irritated to know they use negativity to try to motivate people. How stupid. Negativity never motivates me. I'm proud of how I'm progressing and they're going to act like I'm not doing something right. I'm not going to take that quietly...I may cry, but I'm going to have a fit at the same time. I'm not one who likes confrontation very much, so I'm feeling very anxious. I'll feel much better afterwards!
Topic: RE: Weekly weigh-in for January 7th
I have been and down between the same 2 lbs for the past week. Not sure what is going on..my eating habits have not changed. Guessing it is just some water retention or something.
