I started at a gross 278. I am down to 195. My nuts goal for me is 176. My goal is about 160. I think I can get there. I started at a size 26/28W and am now getting too small for size 14 ( in the misses section) and size 15/17 in the juniors section.My BMI is currently at about 27.5.

Things still make me sick as well. I found on bariatriceating.com a 3oz protien drink. It has 42 grams of protien in 3oz. It's a little sweet tasting, but there is no sugar. It's called the shot.

I think we all lose at different rates but I know how you feel! I look at others that have lost substantially more and I think what am I doing wrong? I have decided to not dwell so much on what others are doing, but what I am doing and as long as the weight keeps coming off (even if slower than others) I am happy! Take care

I started at an embarresing 414 now im 321 i lost very quickly but now its slowing down...my goal is 140 but for right now id love to get into the 200's. i am so happy i decided to have this surgery...if not i know i would have died at an early age of something related to my obesity

Oatmeal w/added protein powder and walnuts
Weekends
Egg(s) & turkey bacon (turkey bacon still not going down easy??!?)
Lunch
Leftovers (protein and a veggie)
Tuna Salad
Soup
Dinner
Whatever I want as long as it contains protein (can't tolerate steak or pork yet) first with some type of veggie/fruit
I try not to snack daily....especially at night.
Today I will have the aforementioned oatmeal for breakfast, leftover tuna salad w/sesame crackers for lunch and I will eat the chicken out of the Macaroni Grill leftovers for dinner.

I started at 247+ and I'm currently at 191ish. My goal is 125 which would put me in the 'normal' bmi range for my height. I'm thinking anything under 140 will be a victory!

Started out in a 22/24 pant and 3X tops.
I am currently wearing a size 18 pant and an XL top. WOW! That's amazing to see that written out!!
I could probably (for sure) wear a smaller pant size but my stomach is still preventing that. My pant's legs are way baggy in the 18's. If it wasn't for this spare tire
, I'd probably be in a 14
