Another subject I thought that everyone would like to know how everyone else is doing. I was also wondering how far everyone target weight. I would be happy at 189# at a BMI of 24.9 a normaly weight... I am 230 now with a BMI of 29.9 that is only 41# for me just about 20 weeks or less at 2# a week!!! I think I will do it. wonder if I should start a new board???

Highest Weight 284 Day of Surgery 284 Today's weight 220, but yesterday it was 218, no wait, 221.5, 220, 219, 218, 220...... I need to step away from the scale! Total lost? 66? 64? Who knows! I bought a size 16 suit and I was in a 24 before the surgery.

Yes is'ent it a wonderful filling???? I'm losing, and everything is getting baggie!! I wear pants now that, I really need to get rid of because there to big.. But it fills good to say look honey how big, instead of saying my pants are to tight, and I have nothing to wear, because I'm to big.. Now I'll be saying that because the clothes are to big... Hehehe keep up the great job!! Soon we'll all be the thin, healthy person we want to be . Take care for now!
