Green Beans always do it for me. I also try and add a bit of Olive Oil to my diet. I make my own Italian dressing and use olive oil instead of veggie oil. That also keeps me regular. lol I hope you find something that works for you. Good luck

My nurse educator and nutritionist said above all do NOT turn to stimulant laxatives. So I then asked her what I COULD do. She said to eat more fiber, drink a bit of prune juice, take a stool softener (I take one in the morning and one at night), and take Fiber Choice chewable fiber tablets. Since I've been doing those things I rarely have a problem.
Good luck! I know it's part of our life to deal with now, especially with all the protein we take in, but it SURE AIN'T FUN! lol

I usually have the opposite problem but I have a friend who swears by prunes and prune juice. Our Costco has boxes of fresh plums/prunes for sell right now and they are very tasty. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon. Donna Kay

Hey guys. I have a question. What do you do when you are constipated? Gross I know but part of the territory after our surgery. I called the Dr. and he said grape juice, mini wheats, and tons of water. I am doing that and IT IS NOT WORKING. I need help my friends! Last Friday Sat and Sun I could not quit going, and now I cannot go for the life of me. What the heck is going on here lol? Any natural remedies from you pros would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks :}

Good morning all! Sorry I'm late. For some reason my digital scale didn't feel like working yesterday. As much as its used I thought had killed it lol. Everyone seems to be doing wonderful! Congratulations to all who have lost again this week, as well as to all that have maintained. Don't worry about that one pound gain Kathleen. You are doing so wonderful!!!! Being 1 pound up is nothing compared to the amount you are down!!
