Hello everyone Ive added walking to my daily exercise, we were given a PUG for Easter, she's 10 mo. old and full of energy. So this is helping my knee to, its been 4 mo. since the replacment. I'm still going to curves about 3 times a week...

Hi everyone!
This week has been one of the toughest weeks I've encountered with eating since surgery. I've found myself stress eating. I VOWED I'd never do that again! I can see how easily we all can fall back into old habits. Today is another day, BACK ON TRACK I go! I didn't gain this week, but I didn't lose either.
Highest known weight: 254

surgery date: August 2, 2007
today's weight: 150
total lost: 104 lbs

Congratulations on all your successes, Tamara! It is hard to believe it has been almost 8 months since my surgery. I have lost 90 lbs since surgery and 60 during the 6 month pre-op before. None of us is ever totally satisfied and think we should have lost more. LOL I'm pretty darn happy and I imagine your life has changed dramatically also!

Hi guys! I will be at the meeting this weekend, GOD willing. Have to bring the lil ladies with me. Everyone is always asking what I look like...lol...so I will be there so you can see my floppy ole butt! I almost always wear black...I am short, with glasses and brown hair. Come and say hi to me.

Welcome to our losers bench, Tamara!! We're glad you're here!! I want to congratulate you on your TREMENDOUS success!! You're an inspiration!! I'm glad to have such an AWESOME, supportive group of women to turn to to dispell fears, cry happily at our successes and to get through rough points.

I also say "Amen!" to your blog entry. Success breeds success....therefore, be the example NOW ...not later for those in our lives who need to see to believe. I also agree with you, Tia that we are part of an EXCEPTIONAL group of women here!! Thank God we have support from close-up and from afar.
You all mean SOOOO much to me!! I'm passionate about helping people get through this...now and always.

This site is a blessing to me. I am so happy to hear everyday about people who did the same thing I did and all the experiences they encounter are many I encounter too. I look forward to this journey, and seeing the results of everyone else too. It helps to know people out there are feeling what I am feeling and struggling with things I struggle with too. I am 1 lb. away from Dr. goal and 9 lbs. away from my personal goal. Sometimes it just seems surreal. A true blessing, but sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure this is real. To everyone, I say, we all should be proud. I thank you for your support and friendship and I wish everyone the very very best. GOD BLESS each and every one of you LOSERS !!!!
