Way to go! Congrats! I love everyone on this board. It has been a huge help to me. You will get thos final 45 lbs. I am about at the same point as you. I still have about 49 to go. We can do it and when we do we will have all our friends here to cheer us on.

You look great!!! I also say "Amen" to your post about having the surgery if your are a light weight. Why would someone want to wait and gain more weight. I wish I had it done 20 years earlier.....but it was a different surgery then. Tamara

WOW, it has been 8 months since I walked into the hospital to change my life. Time sure does fly by.... I have had a great time. I have never dumped nor been sick to the point of throwing up. God has truly blessed me through this journey. I have lost 119 lbs and some how think it should be more. Maybe that is how I got into this mess....always wanting more..

I want to lose about 45 more. I know those will be the HARD pounds. I need thousands of dollars of plastic surgery, but not sure when or if that will happen. I almost feel like I should leave the hanging skin there to be a reminder of what I had done to my body. I feel great and off all meds that I was taking before. I thank God for a great Dr. and for great family and friends. This web site has been a great help to me these last 8 months....thanks to all of you!!! Tamara

Thank you so much Brenda! It really has been great and you are right! It has been a great learning experience! This surgery definitely isn't for the weak. Thats why I am so glad I have such strong and beautiful women here for support!!

Tia, I can't say it enough.....YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL AND YOU LOOK GRRRRREAT!! I agree it's been a fabulous 8 months...even the rough times.....because it taught us loads of lifesaving, VERY important lessons! I wouldn't trade this experience for anything! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Brenda
