Topic: Anyone with very low B12 numbers?
I went to the doctor last week and they called and said my B12 numbers are so low I have to have B12 shots every 2 weeks for 2 months and they will check the numbers again. Has anyone else had this? Is there anything else I can do?

I LOST 5 LBS THIS WEEK! I can't tell you how long it has been since I lost 5 lbs in one week.
My surgery date is 8/28/07
Lost 60 lbs pre-op
77 lbs post-op
Total of 137 lbs!
WOOHOO! And my labs are fantastic! Cholesterol under 200 for the first time in recorded history.

Know what you all mean by dealing with stalls......I lost and gained the same two pounds for a whole month. Finally figured out I was eating TOO FAST, bought myself a timer and set it for 30 min. at each meal....now I eat, wait, eat, chew, chew, and chew....when the 30 minutes are up I am done and don't have the feeling that I need to eat more. It's working as I am down almost three pounds in a week and a half. This journey demands our full attention to details.....stick to it, it's gonna' work.
