Do you feel???

After reading Michael's post...I was reminded of my lunch break yesterday--but let me back up and say that my dear mother let me go shopping this weekend (on her) and buy some clothes, since all of my clothes are falling off of me!!! So, I went to get something at Moe's Southwest Grille. I crave Mexican food and want salsa like you would not believe!! I ordered a Billy Barou, for those of you who do not go to Moe's -- it is nachos...I was able to eat about 6 chips with meat, salsa and cheese -- a GREAT treat for me! Well, I was leaving Moe's with my to-go order and was thinking to myself....I may not look cute, but for the first time in as long as I can remember...I FEEL cute!!! I have not had that feeling in so long! I was telling my dh about it last night in and he said that he was glad I had gotten new clothes because what I was wearing before was FRUMPY! and I am too young to be FRUMPY! Well, I am now in clothes, and feeling AWESOME!!! I hope that everyone is having revelations that they weren't expecting!!! ~~em

You will ALWAYS be too young to be frumpy - life's too short for that.

Emily, How fun! I LOVE buying new clothes now. Before it was such a hassle for me to go shopping because it was depressing! Now I have a blast! You know what I have noticed is that I am not ashamed for people to see me eat something in public anymore. I used to feel like everyone was looking at me thinking hasnt she eaten enough for a lifetime already! I felt guilty like I didnt deserve to eat. Now I dont think twice. IT's really sort of liberating! Wierd huh Krista
