Anyone thinking about the 1st?
Hi there,
I was just wondering if any of you all are thinking of making a New Year's Resolution? I REALLY need to get off my behind and take the time to exercise. I'm POSITIVE this will dramatically help my weight loss! I'm also thinking in terms of goals. Do you all care to share some of yours? Okay, I'll tell ya mine :
1. Exercise SOMEhow everyday for 30 minutes.
2. Drink at least 5- 20 oz. btls. of water daily
3. Be down to 209# by March 19 (6 mos.)
4. Be down to a size 16 by my son's graduation.
How about it? How can I STAY consistent? Any secrets? I'm AWEFUL!!
